This industrial cold rolling machine is designed to form precise threads for all types of standard screws and metal hardware fasteners, widely used for drywall screws, wood screws and self-tapping screws manufacturing.
Working Principle: Driven by the main motor, the cam assembly pushes the crank-linkage mechanism to drive reciprocating movement of the worktable. The vibrating feeder arranges screw blanks and feeds them into rolling dies in order. Cold plastic deformation forms complete screw threads without material cutting, improving thread tensile strength and precision.
The dual parallel guide tracks neatly sort screw blanks delivered from the vibrating disc, smoothly conveying workpieces to the rolling station to avoid jamming.
After thread rolling, finished screws drop between two rotating bars. Clockwise rotation removes oil residue and iron scraps, while automatically screening unqualified products by size tolerance.
Fill the tank with dedicated lubricant oil before operation. Recommended oil: GB5903 extreme pressure gear oil (HD-90 for summer, 60# for winter) & GB11181 circulating oil R-32. Adjust lubricant viscosity according to local ambient temperature.
