This multifunctional high speed thread rolling machine is the 4th generation upgraded model. It adopts unit feeding, segmented slide rail and timing feeder with dynamic-static sensor auto control. Compared with traditional rubbing machines, its production efficiency is 5-10 times higher. Simple mechanical structure, stable & reliable operation. Suitable for processing straight rod nails of various diameters and lengths, mainly for producing anti-loose thread nails, ring thread nails, spiral coil nails and other special fastener nails.

This rolling machine matches interchangeable precision molds to manufacture multiple types of shaped fasteners, mainly screw nails, spiral coil nails and other new-style thread nails. Complete production flow: Cold-drawn steel wire → Nail making machine → Polishing machine → Thread rolling machine. After rolling, nails can be packed loose or sent to coil nail machine to form coil nails for pneumatic nail guns.
Auto feeding control system: Equipped with material delay auto stop circuit. When the slide rail is full of nails, the proximity sensor will trigger the vibration plate to stop feeding automatically; when raw material is insufficient, the vibrator restarts feeding without manual operation.
Simple mold replacement: Different nail specifications require matched molds. To change molds, loosen spindle nut, octagonal wheel and cone block to take out the moving die, then fine-tune the clearance between static die and moving die to fit nail size.
Finished thread nail advantages: Ultra sharp penetration tip, high bending resistance, solid round nail head with strong tensile strength.
