Our self-developed patented modular clamping unit realizes high-speed and high-precision workpiece transfer. Easy operation and maintenance, greatly shorten the debugging learning time for new operators. This multi-station transfer design supports manufacturing various fastener products, including inner hex screws, outer hex bolts and other custom special-shaped small connectors within the processing range.

4. Precision Dual Wire Feeding Assembly

Double feeding structure with adjustable air pressure and high-precision transmission gears. The stroke of each station can be adjusted independently, realizing stable blank conveying, ejection and trimming functions.

5. Cam Driven Front & Rear Ejection Device

Built-in cam module controls front and rear ejection length, eject finished workpieces smoothly without deformation.
